Information we collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, phone number, and any message or details you provide. Our Broker Registration form additionally collects company, trade license, RERA certification, and banking details, along with any documents you upload. Our Careers page collects your name, email, phone, and resume if you choose to attach one.
How we use it
Contact, enquiry, and brochure requests are used to respond to you and are recorded in our sales CRM. Broker Registration submissions are used to verify and onboard channel partners, and are sent to our documents team by email in addition to being recorded in our CRM. Careers applications are sent to our HR team by email and used only to evaluate candidates for current or future roles.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed through Vercel (hosting), Zoho CRM (leads), and Resend (transactional email). Uploaded files (broker documents, resumes) are stored via Vercel Blob storage under access-controlled URLs. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Cookies
This site sets first-party cookies to recognize repeat visitors and record which channel brought you here (for example, a search engine or social post), so we can understand how people find Symbolic Developments. These cookies do not track you across other websites.
